Confirmations Made Easy!!!

Confrmation phone calls are always a nuisance for clients.  No one likes having their day interupted by a phone call to remind you of an appoointment that you already know about.  Unfortunately some people do forget, and a missed appointment is costly, so confirmations have become a necessary evil of business.  But now we at Sanctuary have added TEXT MESSAGE confirmations to our system.  Now we can just quietly send you a reminder text and you can quietly text us back to confirm, or call us back to reschedule if necessary.  Although we will still use the phone to confirm clients who may not have responded to the text, hopefully we can eliminate at least one phone call from a busy client's day!
